Tony Nelmes
Operations Director
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Tony bring a practical, hands-on approach to every project we undertake at Method Construction Ltd. As Operations Director, Tony is responsible for overseeing the construction project management and the day-to-day operations across all our sites.
Tony’s focus is simple: to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. Tony works closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to maintain clear communication, effective planning, and smooth execution from start to finish.
At Method Construction, we take pride not just in what we build—but in how we build it. Our values are rooted in integrity, accountability, and attention to detail, and Tony is committed to upholding these principles across every aspect of our operations.

Commercial Director
With a First-Class Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, Tyler has built his career around precision, transparency, and delivering real value at every stage of the construction process.
At Method, Tyler leads on estimating, procurement, and financial management, ensuring each project runs smoothly and stays on track — both in terms of budget and expectations.
Tyler believes that construction doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful. Tyler’s focus is on providing clear and transparent project estimations and is focused on creating a collaborative, straightforward experience for our clients, where communication is clear, and relationships are built on trust.
