UPDATING A CHURCH WITH RENEWABLE ENERGY
As part of our commitment to supporting sustainable energy solutions, we recently completed a renewable energy project at Pattern Church in Swindon.
Solar panel installation with roof reinforcement
The project involved strengthening the existing roof structure with carefully designed and installed new structural steelwork to ensure it could safely accommodate the additional load of solar technology. Once the structural enhancements were complete, we proceeded with the installation of a modern solar panel system to the roof.
This project not only improves the building’s energy efficiency but also contributes to a greener future for the local community—reducing carbon emissions and supporting long-term energy savings for the church.
Our work at Pattern Church is a great example of how traditional buildings can be upgraded to meet modern sustainability standards without compromising their character or integrity.
